USE

Epoxy Metal 300kg is a specialized technical adhesive for high-strength repairs of parts and elements damaged by corrosion, friction, cavitation in machines and devices. Thanks to properly selected modifying substances (powdered alloys of light metals) allows to obtain joints of excellent physico-chemical parameters.
Bonds to all metals and their alloys. Thanks to high hardness, very good thermal conductivity and possibility of machining working the adhesive is called "liquid metal". The adhesive can also be used for bonding glass, wood, stone, plastics. It is resistant to weather, temperature, aggressive chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents, gasoline) and operating fluids.

HOW TO USE

1. Roughen the surface designed for bonding by sanding or filing
2. Remove all source of dirt and degrease (use Cleaning Kit P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959)
3. Squeeze proper quantities of components and mix them thoroughly until uniform colour is achieved
4. Apply the prepared adhesive to one of the surfaces
5. Press the elements together very strongly and leave immobilized until the adhesive cures.
