A specialist two-component paste for use on aluminum alloys, cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals. It contains glass fibers to increase resistance to cracking. Ideal for repairs of cracked heads and engine blocks, fuel tanks, radiators, oil pans. When cured, can be painted and machined (drilling, grinding, threading).

USE
Aluminum Paste is a two component, thixotropic composite. Designed for repairs and regeneration of parts and elements made of light metal alloys, steel, cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. After complete curing, can be subjected to mechanical treatment. It is resistant to weather, temperature and aggressive chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents, gasoline). Thanks to its properties it is an alternative to expensive repairs and therefore it is widely used in garages, industrial plants and households.
Typical applications includes:
- repair and regeneration of cracked castings
- filling losses in alloys of light metals
- regeneration of loosened and worn shafts
- removal of casting defects in castings made of cast iron, steel and nonferrous metals.

HOW TO USE
- Abrade the surface to be repaired with a sand paper or a file
- Remove any dirt and grease (use cleaning kit P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959)
- Prepare a bowl for mixing the components
- Apply two equal volumes of components A + B using different spoons. You can use smaller amount of the hardener but not bigger (component B)
- Mix thoroughly the components until uniform colour and consistency are obtained , with no streaks or bubbles of air
- Apply the mixed components to the element to be repaired, first fill gaps and cavities
- All repairs should be carried out within 30 min counting from the mixing of the components
Use Glass Net T-048 to reinforce the place being repaired.
HINTS AND TIPS:
• In order to heat components A+B immerse the containers with them in hot water for about 5 min. before mixing. The heated components may be easier got out from the containers and easier mixed.
• don’t mix components A+B more than you can use up in 30 minutes (time of life).
• you can shorten a repair time directing a stream of warm air to the place being repaired.
• An excess and leftover of the paste may be removed with an organic solvent
STORAGE:
